Newly completed cabin just minutes to Glacier National Park. Beautiful views!

The grandeur of Glacier National Park begins four miles north of this comfortable West Glacier vacation condo. A recently completed three-bedroom chalet with beautiful mountain views and all the modern home essentials, it invites your group of up to six for a spirited national park getaway.

Recently completed in 2016, this custom designed home gives you unbeatable access to Glacier National Park, a crown jewel of America's national park system. Access to this park's over one million acres of sprawling wildlands begins at the Apgar Visitor Center, which is just a short trip up the iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road. You'll also find nearby fishing on the Flathead River, a variety of water sports at Lake Five, and countless hiking trails in the Flathead National Forest. While you’re staying at the chalet, you can take a quick walk to the West Glacier Nordic ski track, with more than 5k of groomed ski trail for skate and classic skiers to enjoy while surrounded by views of Glacier National Park.

Recharge from all of your active pursuits in this home's inviting interior. The carpeted floors and luxurious couches of the living area create a cozy ambiance that's perfect for rest and relaxation in between visits to the national park.

Flip on this room's wall-mounted flatscreen to settle in with a favorite cable show, or head just beyond the room's sliding glass doors to take in the stunning views of Strawberry Mountain from the outdoor patio.

Feast your eyes on the alpenglow of a western sunset painted across the mountains at dusk, or head upstairs for more sweeping views from the wraparound deck. The deck is also a favorite for all fresco dining, particularly for enjoying barbecues using the gas grill.

But, if you want to cook indoors, the chef in your group will certainly appreciate the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, assorted cookware, and spacious granite countertops for quick and easy meal prep. Eat with your group at the six-seat table in the adjacent dining nook, with easy cleanup afterward, thanks to the dishwasher. And you won't even have to miss the end of that football game thanks to the nearby wall-mounted flatscreen.

Later, explore any of the home's surrounding 10 acres of private property, or walk across the street to book a whitewater rafting trip, a guided hike, or a horseback ride with Glacier Wilderness Guides. You could also catch up on some laundry with the washer/dryer, or connect to the WiFi for further adventure planning.

When your satisfying day comes to an end, retreat to any of three bedrooms for high-quality sleep. Up to six guests are accommodated on cushy beds in two rooms and a full bed in the third bedroom. Each bedroom is modestly furnished, allowing you to focus on getting a great night's sleep, night after night.

Start your new day with an invigorating soak in the full bathroom's stone walk-in shower, then wake up with a fresh-brewed cup of coffee from the kitchen's coffeemaker. Plan for another day of exciting outdoor activities, which might include a helicopter tour of the park or a guided fishing trip on the Flathead.

There is also golfing two-and-a-half miles north at Glacier View Golf Course, a natural history museum at the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center (under a half-mile north), and quaint country restaurants and western boutiques in Coram (about five miles south). For skiing and snowboarding, head 23 miles southwest to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort.

Visit the best of Glacier National Park from this lovely Montana vacation condo. Your adventures begin when you book it today!

Location was great!

Close to Glacier and some good food options around without having to rough it. The only criticism I have compared to other rentals is the amount of supplies didn’t match the number of people the place is meant to accomodate (we’re fortunate we’d brought our own shampoo). For the price, it’s hard to find a better option.

This cabin was super clean, great location, and the most comfortable beds ever! We were right next to Glacier NP and close to activities for all. The only thing strange was the lay out to the cabin. The couches needed to be upstairs by the kitchen. It was a strange layout, but we other than that it was perfect!

The Gateway Chalet is close to the West Glacier National Park entrance. It offered a large dining and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable. The walk-in shower was spacious with nice warm/hot water flow. The washer and dryer was handy after a long day of hikes. We were pleased with the chalet and highly recommend it to future travelers.

My friends and I stayed at the chalet and had a great time. It is very new and comfortable. Very nice bathroom, kitchen, and layout. Convenient to surrounding areas and a nice place to come home to after a long day hiking. Vacasa made it easy to check in/out especially since we got in late at night. This place would be great for a family or several couples. Things like the heater and hot water worked quickly, unlike a lot of places I've stayed, and it was a very comfortable and quiet stay.

This property is very convenient to Glacier National Park. It is in a quiet, lovely location. We felt comfortable during our stay. Well stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, and utensils. Beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.

Convenient to national park and relaxing home.

Chalet was comfortable and clean but not worth the price. No view and only one bathroom is inconvenient. Picnic table was unusable due to splinters. Sad because weather was wonderful. Not worth the price!

Everything was perfect, the house worked great and we enjoyed the handicapable rooms!

We were very comfortable in the chalet and it is in a great location for fun inside Glacier. The living room is on a different level from the kitchen so that split up our family a bit during our rest times. Very clean, new and well maintained.

A beautiful, luxurious home in a great location

Very close to west entrance of Glacier. Clean and comfortable. Loved the grill and outdoor seating. Quiet area to come back to after a long day in the park.

Close proximity to Glacier National Park makes this chalet a great place to stay. We were out of the chalet 80% of the time. Coming into an air conditioned place after a long day hiking in the heat was refreshing.

Property was wonderful — arrived as advertised, perfectly clean, beautiful and convenient location, new appliances and furnishings, and very comfortable for our 3 night stay with 4 people. Owners were helpful and very responsive to questions about the property.

This cabin was amazing! It was right outside the park and clean and just a perfect place to stay if you are visiting glacier national park

The Chalet - D was a perfect home away from home for our long weekend. The kitchen had more items for cooking than my kitchen at home. We could have baked my husbands birthday cake with no problem! Quiet and beautiful setting. The stars will take your breath away. Enjoy!
