Located less than 100 steps from the beach in Luau at Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort, this lovely condo offers the perfect home base to vacation in luxury. Take in panoramic views of the Gulf and resort grounds from the privacy of your wraparound balcony. Enjoy access to amazing amenities, including the resort beach entrance just 100 steps away! Luau offers a lagoon-style salt water pool (heated seasonally), kids pool, pool-side Tiki Bar (seasonal) and grill area. Use the resort tram to easily access fantastic amenities on this 2,400 acre resort including the Baytowne Marina, three public golf courses, tennis courts, resort spa, resort pools, Jolee Island, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf! Floor-to-ceiling windows line the living area of Unit 1, which boasts views of the Gulf and resort. The space is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and 40” TV. A cozy living area in Unit 2 offers a twin sleeper sofa and a 32' TV with cable.

In Unit 1, the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware to create delicious meals. Gather for meals at the six-seat table, or find four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A convenient kitchenette in Unit 2 has a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave. Enjoy morning coffee at the bistro table for two.

This two-unit rental on the fifth floor sleeps up to seven guests between a studio condo, one-bedroom, and two sleeper sofas. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and a 50” TV with cable. The en-suite has a tub/shower combination. In Unit 2, the sleeping area offers a king bed and twin sleeper sofa. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The wraparound balcony in Unit 1 steals the show, featuring alfresco dining and immaculate views of the Gulf and beautiful grounds. Resort amenities include a marina, numerous pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, golf courses, and a handful of on-site restaurants.
