First of all the decor is just perfect for the Cape. We had the beach feel inside and out. Beds were super comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants, things for kids to do, and most importantly a quick ride down the street to the beach! It had everything we needed or wanted. The check in and out were super easy with the passcode and communication was outstanding. The inside was very very clean. We had plenty of parking. We would highly recommend. We will see you again next year!

We had the privilege of staying at this property to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday. Check-in was so easy with the passcode entrance, and allowed us to get right into the home with no hassle. The quiet, residential neighborhood felt off the beaten path - very private, very much like a vacation escape. The best part is that you got that feeling AND we were so close to so many amenities - a mile from the beach, 1/4 mile from a great ice cream stand, 1/4 mile from two wonderful restaurants (Cleat & Anchor is to die for!). The house itself had everything we needed - we loved the beachy feel and décor; the beds were extremely comfortable; the kitchen was stocked with the dishes and amenities we needed; plenty of parking for two cars (+on-street parking); and the outside patio was a great space for playing yard games and reading in the sunshine. Our communications with the host were quick, clear, and totally supportive. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back!
