Sunny dog-friendly home with pool, hot tub, fireplace, EV charger & fast WiFi

Welcome to Racquet Club Rendezvous - an iconic Alexander mid-century home designed by William Krisel and thoughtfully tailored with modern touches. This is Palm Springs living at its finest.

The property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac set against a stunning backdrop of Mt. San Jacinto. The fully enclosed backyard is a true desert oasis with a large swimming pool (can be heated for a fee) surrounded by lush hedges and palm trees drenched in the golden afternoon sun. Host a fabulous barbecue with the built-in outdoor kitchen and grill. Afterward, lounge in the hammock, make conversation around the firepit, or take a dip in the hot tub under the stars.

Inside, the home is a breath of forgotten nostalgia. You’ll find designs that are both modern and a nod to the geometric art of the sixties. The updated full kitchen includes a built-in ice machine, Vitamix blender, food processor, stand mixer, and Instant Pot to cover all of your cooking needs. The bathrooms are renovated with beautiful tile and walk-in showers. Each bedroom has spectacular views with large windows or glass doors. The primary suite has a built-in glam station. Overlooking the pool, the ultra-private casita boasts an en suite bathroom.

Racquet Club Rendezvous is designed for convenience. Take Zoom calls poolside with gigabit internet or keep up with your favorite shows on four smart TVs throughout the house. There's garage parking with a 40-amp EV charger (universal), and a garage gym with a squat rack, weights, and a pull-up bar. The Palm Springs Aerial Tram Station and downtown are both five minutes away. Experience all that Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley has to offer in elevated mid-century style.

Beautiful property. We love this home because it has what we are expected: clean, fantastic view of the mountain and close to Palm Spring downtown. It is located in a quiet and high class area. Thanks

Nice house with everything you need. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the main house. There is another bedroom and bathroom that has a private entrance from the pool area. Two fire pits and large pool to enjoy. Place was well stocked. Would go back

Positives-Large back yard, big pool, the kitchen and grill had pot, pan and tool you need. beds are comfy, updated bathrooms. Vacasa staff was so easy to contact and helpful.
Cons-The pool needs a lot of work. There is built up residue all over the tiles and the entry bar is rusted and gunky. There was an enormous rug thrown in the bushes from prior flooding(I had them come remove it) The bath towels are cheap and scratchy and you will want to go buy toilet paper, kitchen sponge and dish soap-unless you are ok with .99 cent store quality.
