• This rental is located on floor 4.
• Parking notes: - From March to October, please pick up your parking passes from the Security guard. Someone is on duty from 4 pm until 12 am. The guard is in the glass room by the garbage room. There is a sign that says "Security".
  - During the off season (October to March), your parking passes will be left inside your unit for you.
  - Only two vehicles are allowed. Parking is NOT allowed in the covered/garage area. Those spaces are purchased for owners only.
