We booked due to their pet policy and stayed two nights. When we arrived at 9:30pm, our door code did not work and we had to hunt down management to get a physical key. The bedroom was nicely decorated and the floors and beds were very clean. No bugs of any kind. The paint on the walls and doors definitely needed major retouching but was a cute trendy color. The TV was a good size and wall mounted and the air conditioning worked great. While the majority of the room had been updated, the sink faucet was an old clear plastic and was permanently stained. There were only 3 full sized towels for a booking of 5 people and the towels were obviously an old set that had turned more of an off white with age and had not been checked for hairs...we were able to use 1 out of the 3 due to hairs. The bathroom toilet was very clean but the tub had quite a few hairs in it and drained poorly. An investment in a new sink faucet, new towels, a little paint, a bit better job on bathtub cleaning & de-clogging and the room would have been perfect. We were right across from the pool and would have love to have utilized it during our blistering hot stay, but unfortunately the water in it was so foggy that you couldn't see the bottom, so we passed on that. When we reported some of the issues to vacasa, they were quick to respond via text and asked if we needed a team member to come take care of the issues. We declined the offer due to having a busy day booked, our pet and our personal items being in the room but we're impressed at their response.
