Experience Seattle in convenient style at this picturesque, 1930s Tudor-style home located in the charmingly upscale Laurelhurst neighborhood. This home is within easy walking distance of the Seattle Children’s Hospital, the shores of Lake Washington, and also Laurelhurst Park, with its tennis courts, playground, and running trail. The University of Washington, University Village, and the University Light Rail Station are also all just a short drive away.

As you enter this home's main level, you will be greeted by a beautifully-decorated living space with lovely furnishings and wood-framed windows. Enjoy a sitting area with a piano to provide a bit of atmosphere, as well as a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and French doors that open out to a furnished deck and patio. Our family of four stayed in this property for a week. My daughter (2nd year college student) was so excited to run up and down to count the number of bedrooms when we arrived. We cooked our dinner in the house. All the pots, dishes and cups are brand new. It is so convenience to do the grocery shopping in less than two miles away. We were surprised that the Din Tai Fung is also in the same shopping center. My daughter enjoyed window shopping in University Way which is less than 3 miles away. My son works at downtown Seattle, which is only 6 miles away. It was his first time going in to his office in one and half years. Really a memorial experience for him.

Another important factor of this property is the quite and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach and UW campus. Highly recommend to book this property when you travel to Seattle
