This is a really great house, awesome location, and very clean. It was easy and inexpensive getting an Uber to downtown breck which was important to us. The hot tub is brand new, the kids loved the pool table, and beds were very comfortable. It’s the perfect mountain getaway and we will definitely stay here again!

A group of 7 of us stayed here in early February 2022. The cabin is very spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It's in roughly 10 minute driving distance from Breckenridge Ski Resort. Kitchen is relatively well equipped and bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. The living room has a large TV with all the streaming apps which was convenient as well as a large hot tub outside which was appreciated after a long day on the slopes. The biggest issue we ran into were the mattresses in the cabin. The one King and 2 Queen mattresses are Beautyrest beds that are over 20 years old! Those should have been replaced MANY years ago since they are extremely uncomfortable and uneven! The cabin has some toppers on all of them (which really tells you it's time for a replacement) but they are just as bad. The sleeper sofa mattress is also very old and uncomfortable and should be replaced as well. Bunk beds mattresses were probably the best of the bunch but the bunk bed itself is not safely constructed so we had to place them on the floor for sleeping. So please, get new mattresses for this place if you want to keep your guests happy. Another issue we ran into was the microwave oven which is getting tired and not very easy to use. The door handle came off but had obviously been super glued by someone. Also vent rack on top of the oven is falling apart and you can see that someone taped it back to the oven. So time to replace that as well. I have photos here of old mattresses and oven: Thank you.
