The townhouse is beautiful and spacious! We walked everywhere, including the 10 minutes to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was super clean and plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 2 adults and close to the beach(walking distance) We will be requesting the same unit if possible in the future

a great spot. Close enough to Folly Beach attractions, but on a street where there isn't a lot of foot traffic for people to be loud. Hidden gem.

This is by far one of the best places on the island. The convenience is bar none. Speaking of bars they’re with just a few minute walk and just a stumble distance back to a wonderfully well lit complex on the island. Not to mention if want you can get on and off the island rather quickly and don’t ever have to worry about parking because there’s plenty, two cars in the garage and another in the drive. The beach is just a 5 minute walk which allows for a peaceful vacation in Back Bay. To top it all off, at high tide you get a view of the water in both the living room, master bedroom and decks. This is a must stay if you wanna visit the Charleston area. We will definitely be back!
