Welcome to Sea Breeze where style meets convenience! With a large living area, there is plenty of room for family get-togethers to talk over the day’s events and comfortable furnishings for plenty of seating for everyone. Our condo has recently updated hardwood floors, large flatscreen televisions in each bedroom, and a sound system in the living area. Step out onto the balcony, sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with the cooling tranquil ocean breezes, or simply read your favorite book as the seagulls and pelicans float gently past.
The open floor plan dining room offers plenty of room for the whole family with the large wooden dining room table or just in case you have unexpected guests, there’s additional bar height stool seating at the solid granite countertop. The kitchen is complete with everything the discriminating chef may need to cook from new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to plenty of cabinet and pantry space for all of your groceries. We have included all the basic meal and cookware you need as well so no need to pack anything kitchen. There is nothing we haven't thought of here and with our convenient open floor plan, the chef will always be a part of the living area happenings.
In the main bedroom suite, you’ll enjoy a large and comfortable king-size bed and the privacy of a personal bathroom. There’s plenty of room here to spread out, relax and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen television and enough dresser and closet space for all your vacation styles.
The second bedroom suite is beautifully decorated with the beach in mind. A wonderful queen-size bed is accompanied by a twin bunk bed set which is plenty of room for the kids or the grandparents. There is also a wall-mounted flatscreen television so you can catch up on your favorite programs, a tall dresser, and a huge closet for your use. Sea Breeze has it all - everything you need to make your vacation special!
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

Please note that there is extensive construction occurring in buildings A & B including elevator and roof replacement, exterior painting, and breezeway remediation. During this time, you may hear loud construction noise during your stay. All installations and upgrades should be concluded by June. While Sanctuary’s pools and the fitness center are scheduled to be open from Memorial Day Weekend through October 2nd, the condo association has the right to close the pools at any time due to weather or repairs. The Sanctuary hot tubs should open in the fall.

No parking is available anywhere else in the development.
