Flip Flop Therapy provides spectacular views of the sun as it rises out of the ocean and also the explosions of color as the sun slowly sets into the waters of the Back Bay wildlife preserve. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or just kick back with a favorite book.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything the gourmet chef might need, including granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space and stainless steel appliances, and a new Keurig machine so you can enjoy a great cup of coffee on the balcony every morning. Be sure to stop and pick up some local seafood for an outstanding dining experience.
The upper main suite encompasses the entire second floor and offers a 65” wall-mounted TV, and plenty of closet space. The private bath provides a jetted tub, glass-enclosed shower, granite vanity, and tile floor. The main suite has a private balcony for a quiet evening cocktail or just a relaxing getaway after a fun day at the beach.
In the downstairs main bedroom, you’ll find a 55” wall-mounted TV, plenty of closet space, and just steps away from the full bath. This main bedroom has large windows that allow for a beautiful view of the ocean.
Bedroom 3 has a 48” wall-mounted TV and an attached full bath for everyone’s convenience.

- No smoking and no dogs.
- Please note that there is extensive construction occurring in buildings A & B including elevator and roof replacement, exterior painting, and breezeway remediation. During this time, you may hear loud construction noise during your stay. All installations and upgrades should be concluded by June. While Sanctuary’s pools and the fitness center are scheduled to be open from Memorial Day Weekend through October 2nd, the condo association has the right to close the pools at any time due to weather or repairs. The Sanctuary hot tubs should open in the fall.
