• 4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: If there is no snow in the driveway, it can accommodate three vehicles. During snowy months, the driveway can accommodate two vehicles. There is no street parking. Gate cards: the first vehicle is free while a second requires a $15 fee. Transaction fee - $20. If not paid three days before arrival, late fees will apply for $25 (the HOA will not email the homeowner or renter to remind them of payments). The HOA takes credit cards, check, or cash and the gate is open Monday through Thursday to 9pm, Friday through Saturday to 11pm, Sunday to 6pm. They do have 24 hour security, so either way, guests are able to get their gate card if they need to call security.
