Please note that the indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October.

• This rental is located on floor 14.
• Parking notes: Guests may park anywhere. A non-refundable $30 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for one vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $50 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass.

  Parking permits must be displayed at all times or the vehicle could be towed at the owner's expense. If you are arriving after hours, please go to the security office to obtain a temporary parking permit. You will be required to go to the check-in office at 9 AM the next morning to get your permit. Security patrols parking early in the morning and no temporary passes will be permitted.
