This lovely condo is located in the prized community of Grand at Canal point. You will love the amenity rich community and its great location close to the beach!

Your condo is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or a building elevator. Inside, you'll find a nice, light and airy interior with Cathedral ceilings that really open everything up. There are three plush bedrooms, a living area sofa bed, and an inflatable queen bed for additional sleeping space (sheets and towels included).

Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and generous granite counter space. A private balcony, central AC, and private washer/dryer add convenience.

This is a very well kept unit, close to the pool and the tot lot without any noise from other units or the amenities. Thankful for the excellent air conditioning as it felt like 100 degrees outside. Close to the beach and fine dining and roadside restaurants. Layout of condo was good for everyone being able to pursue their own leisure. Kitchen was good for preparing meals but would suggest having more pots and pans of different sizes. Linen service with beach towel rentals was very good. They even had a red Radio Flyer Wagon to help get your stuff in an out with a good elevator. Easy access to the boardwalk, the nature trail, and the excellent beaches of Delaware. We had a fantastic beach week. The rental agency always answered the phone quickly and helped with all questions. The value for the money is quite good when you compare a week at hotels vs. an all inclusive week at this kind of rental. I`m glad we chose this place for beach week. Only suggestions would be: better instructions for the TV remote, get a new broom and dustpan, more pots and pans for use This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We were not so sure what to think about the place and location when we booked. Ended up being a great community for our needs. Our child loved the pool, nice are to walk around with the dog, and while not right in the beach it was easy to get to restaurants on the main highway as well as into Rehoboth. The actually condo was well appointed. We liked being on the third floor and appreciated the elevator and wagon to help with loading and unloading car. A lot of beach equipment tucked in the front closet as well. Only small complaint is the 9am checkout and expectations to have the entire placed cleaned, dishes washed, garbage out. Definitely not an easy thing with a dog and 5 year old. Ends up making the end of the vacation highly stressful. (They did give us an extra 30 minutes when we called to ask… sort of amusing.). We have never stayed in Grand at Canal point before, but we love the community. Being East of Rt 1 made it super easy to get into Downtown Rehoboth Beach. We stayed before where we had to do laundry before leaving, but the new management has really made a difference. We loved the linens that were at the property for our arrival. The home is super comfortable and proximity to the pool is awesome. We will be back@ This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Covid days are tough, it was nice to get away for a bit, even if the shore isn`t quite the usual. The house is excellent, very clean and felt very convenient to anywhere. Several people in the development would ride bikes to downtown Rehoboth, parking was not an issue as we had no bikes. Pool isn`t currently open, but that is just the times we are in right now. Great place to stay and plenty of room for family. Added bonus was a beach umbrella which came in very handy.
