Location to the beach and bay were nice. Overall nice home with well stocked kitchen. Thankful for the elevator.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we weren`t on the beach, we were enjoying the views from the decks. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, etc. The mattresses and pillows were well protected. We had none of the usual qualms about the cleanliness of the bed coverings and linens. We could have used a few more bath towels, but otherwise, we were very pleased. If you have a one towel a day habit, you may want to bring a few of your own, or expect to do a bit of laundry. I certainly would rent this property again in the future.

We really enjoyed our vacation here! It was such a unique location - perfectly situated by the beach, the bay and an easier than expected walk into town. The access to the pool was an added bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was in excellent condition. Had a beautiful view of the bay and spectacular sunsets. Easy walk across coastal highway to the beach. We enjoyed the pool as a break from the beach. Easy 1 mile bike to town of Fenwick Island. Overall our family was very happy with the property and had a fantastic vacation

The house was a good place to get away. Close to Bethany Beach and Ocean City. We enjoyed the private beach area and the ocean side we had essentially all to ourselves.

Where the key was located was not correct. Luckily there was a woman at the rental agency that showed us where the key was, which did not look like the picture that was sent from the rental company. But everything turned out great we had a fabulous time

I found this rental home very last minute, and had no regrets. My small, personal group of friends enjoy our annual trek to Rehoboth and finding this gem was great. The home has ample size, which benefited my group as we all had to work during the week, it felt as though we each had office space. The home was fully stocked with kitchenware, fresh linens and beach/towels. The basement game room was enjoyable. The location was PERFECT! My only con is that the hot water took a bit long to warm up, even with a small group. Nonetheless, this was the perfect spot, and Jennifer was SUPER helpful.

We got in earlier than expected and the place was very nice! Beautiful views of the bay. The bay cabana and pier was so lovely! The only thing that stressed me out was crossing the busy road. The cars didn’t slow down at all. However, I realize this isn’t the property owners fault but perhaps they can suggest a crosswalk with flashing lights for that area. Thanks for a great trip!
