Lake-view dog-friendly home with deck, dock, backyard, lake access, game room

Enjoy being surrounded by lush nature, the sound of running water, and endless privacy at this multi-level lake-view home! Outdoor living is as important as indoor comfort and some may agree it's a great perk when booking a vacation rental. This adorable, dog-friendly home is right at Bass Lake and mere steps from Salter Creek. The patio provides guests with an outside private area between the house and the dock where they can lounge in the seating area and enjoy meals al fresco at the dining table there. Explore the beautiful and lush backyard with a bridge leading to the boat dock and lake access. Then, once your visit to the lake is over, feel free to rinse off in the outdoor shower located at the front of the house.

This darling retreat has three levels, each one filled with incredible amenities and incomparable comfort. The first floor is home to a spacious and entertaining game room with a pool table, a dartboard, four home theatre-like chairs, a large smart TV with cable, a popcorn machine, and a Keurig coffee maker. This level also offers a private bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Climb up the spiral staircase to reach the second level of the home. This is where the main living space is located! Featuring a living room with an extensive sofa and smart TV with cable, a fully appointed kitchen with double built-in ovens, a second Keurig coffee maker, and a rustic dining table for eight, this open floor plan allows everyone to keep each other company during your stay. The living area opens up to a spacious deck with lake views, an outdoor dining area for six, a huge gas grill, and a lounge area. Two more bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms can be found here as well. The main bedroom has an en suite half bath and the other bedroom has two comfortable beds. And last, but not least, the third and upper level of the home features an open loft with two spacious beds.

THINGS TO KNOW

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels.

Great location and nice home. There were many issues however due to lack of maintenance. The grill and dishwasher did not work properly and the downstairs shower had water damage and a hole in the ceiling. Minimal supplies such as paper towels etc and no laundry detergent.

The location was great. The down fall was getting to the lake. Very dangerous getting down. Ramp was steep.

Been staying at Bass lake for years. This is a great location with privacy and solid accommodations for 10. Was very comfortable and conveinent.
