The remodeled three-bedroom Hernando Beach home boasts a private in-ground pool to lounge by, a gas grill ready for sunset cookouts, and a floating dock situated along Gulf access canals. Other highlights include a large covered patio area for outdoor fun and a built-in cocktail table inside the pool which is great for eating, drinking, or playing games. When you’re not out fishing or scalloping, take a stroll through Hernando Beach to discover colorful murals and art, and afterward enjoy both fine and casual dining options.

This waterfront abode is made up of two floors, each one complete with comfortable bedrooms and incredible amenities. The first floor hosts an open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living area. The living area has a comfortable sectional right in front of a large smart TV with streaming services and a small coffee table with a Tic-Tac-Toe game. The beautiful open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a huge fridge, stove, oven, microwave, electric oven, Keurig coffee maker, and a dishwasher. A sparkling island seating four provides additional dining spots while the adjoining dining table seats six. This level also has a waterfront balcony off of the living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer.

The second level features a spacious private main bedroom with small sofas, a balcony overlooking the water, a roomy en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, and a sleeping nook with a bed. The second king bed is up the stairs in the loft located in the bedroom with bunk beds.
