The main suite has two large spa-like lounge chairs in the main sunroom for watching the sunrise, reading, or relaxing; a 40-inch smart TV, a sound machine and a charging station, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a rainfall showerhead. The second bedroom also features a smart TV, a charging station, comfortable coastal seating, and a view overlooking the pool. This bedroom shares the bathroom, also with a rainfall showerhead, with the bunkroom, which has a smart TV on a swivel stand and seating for kids and gamers.

The top floor features a spacious open floor plan for the living/dining/kitchen area with an attached balcony and half bathroom.
