Surf City was a great little city with a lot of nice shops and restaurants. The house was the top floor and the second row from the beach. This was a working vacation for me, but being able to sit on the front, enclosed sun room and see the waves was great and (bonus) made my co-workers jealous.

It's decorated darling and you have a nice view from the porch. Iam giving it a 1 star because we had no blankets and the dryer was broken, we were traveling tight so we only brought a back pack a couple outfits and were planning to do laundry, no laundromat near by, the AC didn'twant to work either. We moved downstairs to Unit B. They did bring us bedspreads the 2nd day the part for the dryer will take a while to come in. All in all we were at the beach so you make things Jolly on the spot
