Love the area, custom service and house

We enjoyed every bit of it except for the WiFi connection.

We went to Bremerton Washington to see our family in the Navy and had a great time staying at this house by the bay. It was everything we could hope for comfort wise, we all felt right at home. The kids loved going out onto the bay collecting sand dollars while the tide was out. We also enjoyed watching the seals in the evening. Being able to see the Eagles come and go was an added bonus.

Nearly parallel to Seattle, Bremerton is west of the city and separated by the Elliot Bay. Travel between the two can be done by car or by ferry for easy exploration of Seattle. Things to do in Bremerton, WA

Grab a pint of craft beer at the Silver City Brewery and Taproom. If you’re feeling peckish, sample fresh-caught seafood at the popular Boatshed Restaurant, or casual Salvadoran dishes at El Balcon. Or spend a sunny day on the green at Gold Mountain Golf Club, just minutes from downtown. Bremerton is even home to a drive-in movie theater—bring the whole family for an evening of snacks and entertainment with a fun, vintage feel.

Downtown Bremerton has one of the largest and most diverse fine arts districts in the Northwest. Here you’ll find numerous galleries, museums, performing arts stages, jazz music venues, and more. Once a month, in the evenings, it becomes a bustling hive of activity during First Friday Art Walks. These free events are a wonderful way to experience Bremerton as the locals do—and maybe purchase a new piece of art to hang in your home.

You’ll also be near the secluded, forested Blake Island. It’s only accessible by boat and is home to Tillicum Village, a Northwest Native American village with interactive displays and demonstrations.
