The location is perfect. Next to downtown and uptown (capital hill). Parking spot was a blessing!!

On a college graduation trip with my great niece, Vacasa was the perfect place for us! Wonderful views of the Bay, and unit design provided me with space to get up early while niece had her own space upstairs. We did not rent a car and were perfectly located to walk to so many attractions all around us, including Pike's Place Market in one direction and Space Needle in the other. Delicious and varied restaurant options all around us as well. Highly recommend!

Neighborhoods in Downtown Seattle

This dynamic, metropolitan area is filled with diverse neighborhoods. Take a walk through historical Pioneer Square, sipping at a cup of locally brewed coffee as you make your way up through the Central Business District. This central part of downtown is filled with famous attractions. Walk along the waterfront, stopping in at novelty shops or watching the ferries come in and out at the Seattle Ferry Terminal. Take a spin on the Seattle Great Wheel, discover new sea creatures at the Seattle Aquarium, or head up the hill for four floors of shopping (and the monorail to Seattle Center) at Westlake Center.

Just north of the Central Business District and Pike Place Market, you'll come upon up-and-coming Belltown, a district full of trendy bars, restaurants, and boutiques. For a quieter pace with historic mansions and classic art museums, First Hill is the place to be. Make your way south through Yesler Terrace for access to the International District, a thriving community that consists of three distinct communities—Chinatown, Japantown, and Little Saigon.

Seattle Convention Center lodging

From business seminars, college fairs, and wedding shows to large pop culture-themed events like Sakura-Con and Emerald City Comicon, which both host anywhere from 20,000 to 50,000 guests, the Washington State Convention Center is the place to hold large groups of people in Seattle, and we offer fantastic rentals just a block away!

The Convention Center prides itself as a premier meetings and events facility, and our rentals near the Convention Center give you the perfect place to stay nearby with all the amenities of home.

With everything from fully equipped kitchens for cooking on your trip to a seasonal swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a relaxing sauna for maximum de-stressing, these downtown Seattle condo rentals are perfect for business travelers searching for comfort and convenience within steps of the Convention Center.

Attractions in Downtown Seattle

A stay in downtown Seattle isn't complete without a visit to Pike Place Market. Explore the nooks and crannies of the market, picking up unique crafts, books, and antiques to take back home to friends and family. After a day of shopping, you can't miss a picture in front of the famously disgusting Gum Wall!

If you'd rather shop in high-end boutiques than small market stalls, walk a few blocks uphill to Pacific Place for stores like Tiffany & Co., Coach, Michael Kors, Barneys New York, Kate Spade, and more.

Walk down to the waterfront to take a ride on the Seattle Great Wheel for panoramic views of downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay, or hop on a ferry to Bainbridge Island to feel the wind in your hair and see the city from the best vantage point—gorgeous Puget Sound!

No matter how you choose to spend your time in the Emerald City, a stay in one of our fantastic and varied vacation rentals in downtown Seattle gives you phenomenal amenities in the best location. Choose your favorite today.
