And on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, the dining room transforms into an upscale French bistro, with elegant five-course meals crafted from local ingredients by owner and head chef Brad Masset. Hop in your car and head towards the charming town's shopping and dining, or take in more history at museums like Yakima Valley Trolleys.
