I was there to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday and she says she loved it and had a great time. The boardwalk was very close to the residence. The inside of the residence was very different from the outside. The neighborhood was ghetto like, but the inside made you forget about the outside. Overall experience was great. Thanks for opening your home to us.

The location is fantastic! You are within walking distance (3 minutes) of a small beach where you can watch surfers and soak in the sun. The hot spot for surfers is literally right outside your door. If you want to take a longer walk, walk about 1.5 miles to Capitola Village where you can shop, eat, and play on the beach and in the ocean. Amazing location!
