This is a cool and funky place, with vintage decor, fixtures, kitchenware, furniture, and bedding. It's spacious and great for a family of four or two couples. The little beach on-site is great for AM coffee and sunsets, and protected. The pool was warm and there's a lot of furniture around it. The oven, microwave, TV and washer/dryer are new and modern, but everything else is quite dated. Unfortunately the linens are extremely old and worn. While we found two beach chairs, one was broken. The patio was filthy and not ready for use. As others have mentioned, it's pretty dark and only one of the two lamps in the living room worked. The furniture is comfy and while the bathrooms are in rough shape with very low showerheads (below 5'!) they were clean with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Fabulous location, cozy spot with windows. It was warm and served it's purpose for our trip. The only downside would be that you have to make multiple long-ish trips to carry things back and forth to the car from the room.
