If you are in a gated community or an association, they may also charge a fee for rentals. Every Homeowner or Condominium Association will have its own set of rental restrictions. These can vary from a 7-night minimum up to a 90-day minimum stay, sometimes with a limit on the total number of rentals in a calendar year.
