Vacasa exceeded our expectations from booking to check-out! Upon check-in, our couch sofa bed would not open and we were unable to use it the first night we checked in. We notified Vacasa right away the next morning and we had a brand new couch bed delivered to our unit within 2 hours! That was amazing service and we will definitely book through Vacasa again for our future vacation rentals. Thank you for excellent service!

Pool area was great. Beautiful grounds. Unit needed some updates. We had a 4 bedroom unit and could only get 2 parking places. After paying over 7000$ for the week, they should allow at least enough parking, and not tell you to park 8 miles away for additional $. The lot was never full while we were there. We had 3 vehicles. Although this was an inconvenience we would stay at Indido again, maybe a different unit.
