As I said above, we love everything about the house, especially the beautiful location, ocean views, trees and gardens. Having AC is great, even though we didn't have to use it much. We'd love to be able to reserve it again for 3 weeks in July next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property and views are extremely beautiful. The beach is also very nice, but you have to go down a path to access it which is a bit steep and has a short ladder. Most abled-bodied people will be able to handle this fairly easily, but it could be a challenge for older or disabled people. They have cable TV but it does not pause, fast forward or rewind so it's best to have a streaming service like YouTube TV. It is a relatively small house, but it is very functional and good value for money. You can't beat the location - 15 minutes to Camden, 5 minutes to Lincolnville and 30 minutes to Belfast. If we weren't buying a house in Maine, we'd stay there again.
