I have extensive knowledge of licensing and on-boarding process and I can help you set up your vacation rental with the necessary certification, County Transient Occupancy Tax Certificate, tax filings, and other paperwork.
After your home is up and running as a vacation rental, you'll be in excellent hands thanks to your local staff! Instead of spending your own vacations trying to do maintenance around the house, our team of property managers and maintenance workers will keep your house in its best possible condition so that your vacations are relaxing and free of work. We have a dedicated housekeeping team that ensures each guest will enjoy a spotless stay.
