For me, it allows me to work in an area that I love! I've lived on the Central Coast since 1994 and, except for a few years away at the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), haven't left since! My wife, Corrie, and I live nearby with our two daughters. In 2008, I became a licensed Realtor. Due to my professional past and my personal experience as a local resident, I understand the specifics of owning a home in Hebo and the work necessary to turn that home into a successful rental.
