We enjoyed the home overall. Maintenance responded quickly to an issue with the heaters at check in. The place was just right for adults & kids. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes. Some furniture is dated but no big issue.

While the condo was excellent in all ways, I found the check in and check out hours from Vacasa to very rigid and inflexible despite asking for a 1 hour early check in and a 2 hour late check out

First off perfect location. The place is older and a few things did not work such as the Keurig. The baseboards of the bathroom were dirty. Otherwise very livable place. However, Vacasa will only offer early checkout once sometime before you stay. If you don't pay for it the exact day they offer it then late checkout is a no go. The email will not say this however.

Generally, food and drinks are allowed by—but not in—the pool. However, to be safe, it’s best not to use glass or china in the pool area.
