We brought my wife's 86 year old grandmother to the beach to mark it off of her bucket list. This condo was perfect for her, my in-laws and my wife and I. We loved being right across the street from public beach access, a short drive away from the county park and walking distance to Folly Road. The condo was very clean and updated and made us right at home. It was also close enough to anything we wanted to do in the Charleston area, but far enough away from all the busyness of a big city. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean great house! Location was great for us, we had a wedding at Folly Beaches Pelican Watch pavilion and we were 8 minutes away. The food and shops that were within walking distance we great! My 6 year old wants to rent this again!

The location was convenient to everything in Folly with easy access to the beach. Our unit was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms were updated and very nice. The furniture was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, this property was clean, well furnished, and very close to the beach and downtown strip. The balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean and was very spacious with a large table and seating. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and the kitchen was well furnished.
