For a last minute trip that was supposed to be rained out we enjoyed ourselves at the shipwreck ( it rained on and off but not during the important times). The condo itself was clean only the two patios seemed to be untouched with spiderwebs and debris still lingering. The bedrooms were cute and spacious we really enjoyed the bedding in the secondary bedroom they were warm and comfy. As previous renters have stated the outlets need to be tended to especially in the secondary bedrooms. The one by the tv needed something pushed against it to keep the plug in and the one outlet next to the bed closer to the door could easily fall out. We tried watching tv in the secondary bedroom but the tv would not turn on but the little box did. It wasn’t that big of a deal we ended up reading. The secondary bathroom sink did take awhile to empty out and on that Saturday and Sunday ( we arrived Friday) it took the shower between 5-10 minutes to get warm. Even though I did have some cons I would give this rental a 4 1/2 stars.

Title summarizes the main things for me. Furniture is a bit older, but still very comfortable. Very clean, no mold issues. Was a little sparse in the kitchen and needs more pans and cutlery, but definitely not a deal-breaker for me. I would happily rent this unit again. Make sure Vacasa sends you a gate pass before arrival. This was the first time in 30 years our renting agency didn't seem aware that it was necessary and it was a huge hassle to get it fixed.
