Where is Lloret de Mar, Spain?

Located on the coast of northeastern Spain, Lloret de Mar is the second largest town in the Catalonian coastal county of Selva (spread out over 30 miles). For those traveling from Barcelona (via the Barcelona–El Prat International Airport), Lloret de Mar is only 50 miles up the coast along the scenic Autopista del Maresme. Lloret de Mar is also just 25 miles south of the medieval city of Girona.

Boasting six miles of coastline, many visitors to Lloret de Mar come exclusively for the pristine, white sandy beaches, coves, and inlets. Scuba dive, snorkel, or fish at these award-winning sites, or simply relax on a beach chair and catch a few rays.
