Crystal Shores Condos - Gulf Shores, AL Vacation Rentals

We have no complaints about the unit itself. It was just as shown in the listing. Everything was clean and lovely and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Our first 3 hours were spent in a text relay with the guest services. The code given would not open the door. Instead of helping me, they continued to send me the same wording from the welcome email over and over, sent 5 codes that did not work, questioned if I was entering code correctly so I sent a video of us entering the code. It was apparent that no one is there to assist after 5:00 as we began this text exchange at 4:44. When repeatedly asking for them to have someone call me, I was just met with more texts. After contacting a second Guest Service contact, my situation was elevated and they were able to locate someone to come help us open the door. Of course the 6th code that they gave to him worked and it continued to work for our time there. We did not allow this to affect the rest of our week but it was an extremely frustrating start to our week.

The condo was styled perfectly. Super clean. Everything any one could want. We had an issue with a leaking toilet and was handled quickly and efficiently... This was one of the best managed rentals I have ever stayed at while coming to Gulf Shores for more than 15 years. The whole process was easy and efficient
