Pros: My favorite complex in Fort Morgan. This unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Very close to the boardwalk and pool. Beautiful ocean view. Very clean except baseboards were a bit dusty.. Competitive rates. Love the loft area and higher ceilings. Cons: The deck is not covered and the chairs on the deck are not comfortable. They are hardwood with very straight seats and backs so thw deck is hot and not very relaxing. There isn't an ice maker so be prepared to buy ice. In my opinion the mattresses and living/dining furniture need to be updated. The mattresses are "springy and not very comfortable. The comforters are faded. Regardless, over all it is a good unit.

We loved the Cuban theme and the lay out of the condo. We loved everything about it and would choose this exact condo again. It was very comfortable and served our needs
