The unit itself was amazing. The gentleman who was supposed to manage our stay with Vascas was anything but amazing. No propane in gas grill until day 2. No pool/hat tub access card for entire stay. Had to go purchase my own firewood for a fire even though Troy our Vascas rep. told me there was wood in the shed in the parking lot. the shed had a combo lock attached and Troy was clueless to this and told me to go buy my own wood and he'd reimburse me. It's been 2 day's and I've yet to see the reimbursement. If I were to stay here, I'd be certain you had a different Vascas rep assisting you with your stay. Again, the place itself is amazing. It's unfortunate, the customer service was anything but......

It would still recommend his place due to the location and the views however they have to work on the heat issues and cleanliness a little bit more
