Pali Ke Kua, Princeville Condo Rentals

The condo was very clean with comfortable beds. You won't find a better view. Lots of beach gear including chairs, boogie boards and snorkel. Walking distance to 1 Hotel. Food mart and shopping close by. This is our spot for future visits.

This is a spacious gorgeously decorated home with nice amenities in a fantastic location. We were two adults and two teens and everyone was comfortable. The cliff walk to the beach was jungly and stunning. The pool and hot tub were basic but clean and good temperatures. Convenient and good pizza place literally next door (property is steps from the pool and restaurant overlooks pool). They have thought of everything you need and Vacasa guest services responded very quickly when we had an issue with wifi. One important caveat for those traveling from further east and light sleepers - the hot tub is at most 12’ from the window of the master bedroom. Without AC you will need windows open. Pool is supposed to be closed at 9pm and quiet hours 9pm-8pm, but that wasn’t adhered to by a large drunken group two out of our three nights. It quite literally feels like they are having their raucous tubby time at the end of your bed. And then pool maintenance starts at 6am with scraping of chairs and spraying down of the deck. Tropical rain, breezes, and birds of course also make noise and if you are not a light sleeper or can sleep with ear plugs this may be a non-issue.

It was cozy and perfect. Sunsets were amazing with the view. Can’t wait to come back.
