SeaScape Condos - Galveston Vacation Rentals

The location of this rental could not be any better for a triathlete doing a #RaceCation to the Ironman 70.3 Texas held at Moody Gardens. You are a 10 minute drive from the race site. The bike leg went right past this rental with the turn on and off Termini San Luis Pass road within walking distance. This location was just a short distance from the "quieter" island businesses / activities and we found all of them to be great, other than one we had an issue with, immediately after the race and #Hangry had set in with no patience for poor service. A special shout out to the Galveston Island Brewing! Their beer was fantastic and equally great hospitality from them and local "islanders". Beach location could not be better! Basically a walk down the steps from your rental put you out on the beach and to THE BEST quiet walking / running / beach combing / or just quietly relaxing on the beach getting some much needed R & R! You could explore in either direction, going north on the Seawall, or south on expansive beaches. If city life was your gig, the main downtown area was a short drive away to "New Orleans" style streets with entertainment, shopping, and restaurants, without the "issues" of a much bigger city. The rental unit itself provided enough size for a couple to enjoy themselves including a very nice "deck" porch area to relax. As far as a place to kick back and enjoy some time away from everything, we would have to give this FIVE STARS!
