Bedrooms are located on the second floor, including a primary and an en suite bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower. All rooms have flat-screen televisions. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a convection oven, a coffee and wine bar, and a dining area that seats eight.

Palm Bay Village is known for its lagoon-style pool with lavish landscaping and children’s pool with a splash area. The community clubhouse has a kitchenette and gathering area that may be reserved for birthday parties or events.

Interior Townhome Features: a poolside location with a full view of the common area pool, a full kitchen with a coffee/wine bar, dining for up to 10 guests, three flat-screen Smart TV’s with cable, private WiFi, an in-unit washer/dryer, an electronic coded lock on the front and garage door, a two-car garage with remote, a large walk-in shower in the primary bathroom, and a bathtub in the secondary bathroom.
