The Landings sits on forty acres with 27 buildings and 132 townhomes. Our gated entrance with an electronic entry system adds security to our prestigious community. Our community is surrounded by lush landscaping with a Clubhouse, library, fitness room, resort-style pool, sun deck with a separate whirlpool spa, and a boardwalk to our dock with a custom kayak launch. Each residence has three floors with an elevator to take you between floors.
