Condo had everything we needed except a fan (it was VERY warm the night we arrived-so hot my kids couldn’t sleep upstairs) But Vacasa brought us a fan the next day and the unusual heat cooled throughout the week. The town is gorgeous with so much to do as well as being close to Yosemite and Mammoth. We would stay again for sure!

This condo was very clean and well furnished. However, the hot water kept going off and had to be restarted with the reset button. When we called, sometimes we got an answer and sometimes not. We were told the hot water heater would be replaced, but it never happened. Someone came to do something, but the problem continued. Also, there is no air conditioning and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Evenings were very warm until after midnight when cooler air from open doors helped.
Manager Response:
We apologize we were unable to fully address the hot water problem during this guest's stay; we could not install the new hot water heater until the day of this guest's departure. Thanks!

First off, we had a great stay at this condo. It is so convenient to the slopes at June Mountain; it took us five minutes from pulling out of the driveway to pulling into the parking lot at June. It's also right behind both the Sierra Inn and the Tiger Bar. The condo itself is nice. Most importantly, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the beds were comfortable. It may not totally live up to the pictures as it's a bit dated and a bit dark inside, but is ultimately cozy and has that "mountain" feel to it. The carpet is clean but worn enough that you don't exactly worry about doing any damage. Don't expect a view, either. While you can technically see the lake, your view is really marginal at best. Upstairs you can peak through the trees to see a sliver of the lake. Downstairs you look onto a junky property next door. However, we weren't really there for the views during the day and it was dark at night ,so who cares? As far as accommodating a group, we had a party of six that included my in-laws. The layout was perfect as it allowed them to have their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs while my wife, daughters and I had the bedroom and bathroom on the main floor as well as the upstairs loft for sleeping. Kitchen was adequately outfitted with everything we needed for cooking. I have no problem recommending this condo and will attempt to rent it again when we return next winter.
