This lovely Boise vacation rental is as delightful as its name describes! With access to the natural beauty of Boise - without losing its urban appeal- this apartment will act as a perfect base for all your Idaho adventures!
Located only a mile outside of downtown Boise, this adorable rental is just two blocks from Hyde Park: a wonderful neighborhood with shops, cafes, restaurants, and galleries. You'll enjoy closeness to classic downtown activities like shopping and eating, but keeps you just far enough removed to avoid a whole lot of noise and traffic. In this second-floor, loft-style apartment, you'll feel right in the middle of it all - and will have the views to prove it.
Your home-away-from-home is an upper-level loft apartment in a charming, beautifully maintained triplex. This is the coziest of the three levels, making it ideal for a couple with a child or a few good friends—if you prefer a bit more room to spread out, consider booking the main floor's Hyde Park Mainstay or the basement-level Hyde Park Hideaway, or book the entire Hyde Park Trio for up to 12 guests!
Enter through your front door, and walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment's main entry. Step to the room to your left, and you'll find the living area/first bedroom - this space has a TV and a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen-sized bed. This space is ideal as a living area or as a second bedroom, depending on how many travelers are in your group. There's a closet in the corner so you can unpack your suitcase, and a drop-leaf table beneath the windows, which provide some of the most beautiful natural light and leave the living space feeling warm and bright.
Back through the hallway, you can access the full bath, with a walk-in shower, or head into the kitchen. This space is smartly equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven with stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, and all the pots & pans, plates, silverware, and glassware needed for preparing meals. The kitchen even has a washer/dryer for keeping up with laundry during your stay, and a handy tile counter dedicated for folding your fresh clothes!
The second bedroom has a lovely queen-sized bed, and a dresser for unpacking your suitcase and feeling right at home. With sweet pea-green accents and a paisley duvet cover, your room will be the best place to come back to after a long day of exploring Boise!
Step outside to discover a spacious fenced yard and patio, which is shared by the triplex residents. Light up the gas grill on warm summer days and enjoy outdoor meals under the shade of the patio umbrella. There is also an outdoor firepit for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.
This cozy apartment sleeps four people comfortably, with enough privacy for couples and enough room for a family to spread out a bit. Please note that while there are two bedrooms and a kitchen, the living space also functions as the first bedroom - but each is completely private, and the bath is easily accessed out in the hallway.
This Boise vacation rental is close enough to everything - downtown Boise is one mile away, while the wonderful Hyde Park business district is just two blocks away. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, and be merry here! For the outdoorsy types, Camel's Back Park is just three blocks away, and offers hiking and mountain biking trails, a playground for the kids (and the kids-at-heart), and a tennis court (plus, check the closet in the apartment for two racquets and balls)! You can also stop by the nearby zoo to take in some wildlife. This home now has Netflix and two internet providers to make sure you stay connected!

Nice place! Very cute house in a great neighborhood. The bed was a bit squeaky but everything else was solid.
So cute! Has everything you need aside from your groceries.
The house itself was perfect for me; it would be excellent for two to three people. It was clean, had everything I needed (it was nice to wash a load of laundry before traveling home. The wifi is strong enough to stream video. I used the bicycle provided to get around when I couldn't walk somewhere. Entry was easy with the code provided. I really liked being able to walk to restaurants, pubs, and the coffee house. They were less than a minute's walk away, and the camel ridge park was only three blocks away for running/hiking.
Enjoyed my stay at this neat and clean apartment. Didn't have a car and was able to walk to neighborhood restaurants and shops and also to downtown greenbelt. Definitely would stay here again.
Fantastic home in a great location! Would book again!
Housekeeper did a great job beautiful home loved it had a good time
Love walking to Hyde Park, like 2 blocks away, and enjoying the restaurants and cool shops. Camelback is three blocks to the north. This was our first time in Boise, and I would love to return for a longer stay, and would not hesitate to stay here again. Clean, comfortable, convenient.
Cute house, great location!
What's not to like! An adorable little apartment. The location is fantastic- only 2 blocks from 13th st Pub and Grill, close to a park, great little boutique shopping, and easy to get downtown, and to the freeway. The only thing missing- ice....so pick up a bag, and enjoy it as I did.
I enjoyed my stay at Hyde Park, close to everything.
It was amazing and I will defiantly be back!
The house was welcoming and comfortable! It was close to everything most within a walking distants. People where very friendly all around and it was a very clean place!
This rental was a short walk from our children's home in the North End and since we have visited often, it was very comfortable for us. It is spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was great to have the bikes and the proximity to Hyde Park.
Staying here really made me feel like I was a local living in Boise. It was so close to hiking trails in Camels Back Park and the awesome and quirky Hyde Park area. I truly looked forward to coming "home" after a long day of adventuring. Thank you Vacasa!
Great location and perfect for what I needed. Clean, comfortable, and with a kitchen - all in a great central location!
The location is great and the price is reasonable but the owner needs to invest in more cozy chairs and a new mattress for the pull out.
The unit is basic but clean and perfect for what we needed when staying in Boise to see relatives.
Very clean but small quarters. Great location. Had all the basics you needed.
The home is close to coffee shops and pubs that Hyde Park has to offer and a quick 20 minute walk to the downtown if that is where you need to go. Very safe neighborhood feel with city amenities. Home was very clean and cozy.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Two blocks from restaurants and shops and located centrally in the idyllic North End. The rental was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Thank you!
My wife and I stayed here for a week when we first got to Boise. It is in a very cool neighborhood and it has a very smart and functional floor plan. It is a small apartment but it has everything you need and then some! Comfortable bed and full kitchen.
I spent a couple days in Boise for work and arrived during a heatwave. Booked Hyde Park Delight at the last minute so I had few choices. I knew the neighborhood, so was sure it would be a great location, but it was also 100 degrees in the shade, and I knew the apartment was an attic unit so had to mentally prepare myself for a hot-yoga experience. I was incredibly relieved to open the door and feel cool air drifting down the stairway. Apparently, the central A/C had recently been installed and just in time. If you're in town for business, have family in the area or are just enjoying Boise for the rivers and mountains, this is a great place to stay.
The pull out bed was not comfortable for an adult. Everything else was wonderful. Excellent location to parks, coffee, and food.
Coming from SL,UT to see a show at the knitting factory was very surprised with this awesome little lofty style pad , other than the hide a bed that was very very uncomfy , it was perfect super cozy and a good place to chill
This location cannot be beat! We are a family of 3 who called this place home for 5 weeks. It will a depend on what you're used to, but I would say this is just enough room for 2 adults and a baby if you're staying a month. Perhaps 4 would be alright if it were just for a week or weekend.
I agree with other reviews about the sofa bed being uncomfortable and the need for a baby gate if you have toddlers. The stairs are fairly steep and narrow.
The queen bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and we had just enough closet/drawer space to keep our suitcases worth of clothes and few belongings stored. There was plenty of room in the bedroom for our sons crib so we all shared the one bedroom and used the living room for living/playing. It would be very crowded if both rooms were being used as bedrooms too long.
The living room is spacious and bright, which was especially nice as the winter set in and days got dark. The dining area is in the living room, which I saw others were bothered by. For us, it was just something to get used to and maybe it helps to know that it's very common in these older parts of town. The carpets are in need of cleaning, but I believe the owners planned on doing that. Just be prepared in case it hasn't happened yet.
The bathroom was great! Small, but nicely updated and very functional. Seriosuly, functionality is lacking in a lot of older homes, so know this is a big plus! There is only a shower, so to give my 15 month old baths, I used a plastic Sterilite storage container. I set it on the floor of the shower and filled it up from the shower head. Easy!
The kitchen is, again, really well updated and functional! A very nice set of pots and pans as well as some baking sheets and pie plates provided most of what I needed to cook through Thankgiving. There is plenty of silverware and lots of kitchen tools. Beware, though, there isn't a dishwasher. Handwashing dishes is also fairly normal in these parts. The washer/dryer is in the kitchen as well, and was SO nice to have!
We had a water leak during our stay and the property manager as well as the owner took care of it all. They even made the downstairs unit available to us. The problem was fixed within 12 hours, and would have been faster, I'm sure, if it hadn't started at 8pm on a Sunday.
Check out Hyde Park and especially Java. The Boise Co-Op is walkable and has the best produce ever. Debb, the property manager, is wonderful and will help you out with anything you need. Beware that the Internet is spotty. This problem is not specific to this location, it seems to be a Boise problem. The owners, property manager, and even the cleaning people helped with this problem as much as they could. The owners are also planning on switching from Cable One to a new company. Just be prepared in case you plan on streaming much.
We enjoyed our stay here and hope you do too!
We are delighted to have read the wonderful things you experienced while staying in this home and the Boise area. We have placed a baby gate in the home for safety, the carpets have been cleaned, and we have added a second internet provider so there are no longer any internet issues. We appreciate guest feedback as it helps us to more effectively make these improvements. Thank you!
We were in the Boise area for a wedding that I was a groomsman in, so I had lots to do all day, but my fiance was free and didn't know anyone else in Boise. This place was in a great location (two blocks) from a bunch of little shops, so she still had a great time showing herself around Boise for the day.
This is a very nice property in a great location. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that if you have more than two people, the sofa bed is not a place an adult would want to sleep. The mattress is very thin and the springs within it are very uncomfortable.
Extremely clean, within walking distance of everything you might need or want to do or see. If it is not in the description, I would add not handicap accessible (lots of stairs) and the hideaway bed needs to be fixed.
Our flight arrived early and the manager allowed us to check in early. All in all, my son, granddaughter and I had a great stay.
We are pleased to know that you all had a great stay with us and enjoyed the convenient location of this home. There are several, wonderful parks in the area for the kids and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We apologize for the fold out bed frame being broken. Our Property Manager made sure to fix this so that future guests won't have the same problem. Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us, we hope to have you as a guest again!
This was a lovely little stay in a quaint neighborhood. We so enjoyed the cozy little upstairs apartment. There are 2 tennis quarts near by and the rental had a couple rackets and ball. we didn't use them but it was a nice touch. there was also a park and nice little shopping area just 2 blocks away. . I would avoid being to noisy as the walls/floor are not very soundproof. We could hear the residents in the unit(s) below us. Though likely only as much as you might experience in a standard hotel.
Thank you for the kind words!
We had a lovely stay here! Perfect location for exploring Hyde Park on foot, from restaurants/shops on 13th Street to hiking in Camel's Back Park. Street parking is plentiful.
We enjoyed this rental. It is small, but it was fine for the three of us. 😄
This is a very comfortable propery in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. I would stay here again. Feels like a home away from home.
