This lovely condo just a block away from ski lifts and town could be the Breckenridge vacation rental of your dreams! The spacious, renovated home would be an ideal, safe, and comfortable place to take the family for an excitement-filled trip to the snowy slopes. It even has access to a shared hot tub and a seasonally open pool!

Because this condo rests right on Park Avenue, on the west side of town, you will have extremely easy access to the restaurants and shops of town while still being just one block away from multiple ski lifts. You could even leave your car in the heated parking garage most of the time, since you will be so conveniently close to everything.

Step into this spacious, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, and you will immediately see why it is much better than staying in a small hotel room. Here, you have all the comforts of home. The living room has comfortable couches for everyone to sit around the wood-burning fireplace. In case watching the flickering flames isn't exciting enough for you, this room also has a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player, plus Internet access and a telephone. Bring some of your favorite movies to watch, or maybe a fun board game for the family to play together.

The open living area also has a dining room table and a kitchen, great for cooking a warm, filling breakfast before heading out to the slopes for the day. The kitchen has all major appliances and equipment, including a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker, so you will have no trouble making yourself at home here. The condo also has a washer and dryer inside, so you won't have to worry about getting your clothes wet and dirty.

Up to six people are welcome to stay in this home, though you may have to decide who gets to sleep on the couch. The master bedroom has a decadent king-size bed and a private bathroom, so whoever stays in this room will surely feel lucky. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed that would be perfect for children.

You will also want to spend time on your private deck, enjoying the fresh mountain air or using the grill to cook up some burgers. In addition, you have access to the complex amenities: year-round hot tubs, sauna, parking garage, and a seasonally open outdoor pool with showers, lockers, and changing areas.

If you don't have access to a car, you will love this condo! Walk to the ski slopes or the nearby restaurants in town, or go just across the street to take the free shuttle around Breckenridge and the ski areas. If you do have a car, you will still love this condo! Drive 10 minutes north to Dillon Reservoir to fish, kayak, or look for wildlife. You could also sightsee around Breckenridge, visit the hiking and biking trails, and get dinner at any number of great restaurants around in the area.

A few of my friends and I just spent a month here and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Plenty of space to work, eat, sleep, and hang out comfortably. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfy, room and building were both very clean. Also, a PRIME location right in the center of Breckenridge!!! Would stay again!

Fantastic location and tons of space. The couches were very comfortable and the hot tub and sauna were a great way to end each ski day. Great little balcony too. The lack of toilette paper and paper towels proved problematic. The oven didn’t close all the way so cooking dinner was an issue one night. The kitchen could also be stocked with some more cooking utensils. Overall a great place and super close to everything.

Overall nice condo with great access to downtown Breckenridge, Main St., and walking distance to all the highlights. There were granite/tile upgrades in the bathrooms, and spacious living areas. Parking was plentiful outside, and garage parking was available but we did not use it. The bedrooms were a bit on the small side, and the mattresses sagged quite a bit in the middle and probably need to be replaced sooner than later. There were no privacy blinds in the living/dining rooms which would have been preferred, although at some point it appeared that they had been mounted there in the past. The kitchen was missing a (needed) corkscrew, but nothing else was out of place. The accommodation was clean upon arrival.

Super easy to get to the ski lifts (shuttle lot was across the street). We parked the car and never moved it because we walked or shuttled everywhere.

We were very impressed with the size of this condo and really enjoyed hanging out as a family around the dining room table or on the couches. The beds were much bigger than expected too - the bunk beds are double mattresses so they were very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the gondola and to Main Street and we truly enjoyed our time together here.

Location is awesome - you are literally 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver chair and the Village at Breck. You are also about a 10 minute walk from the center of Main street all the while off main street since Cimarron is located off S. Park which provides easier access (in and out) than busy main st. So yes location is great!!

Condo was also very convenient when it came to check in check out. Since Vacasa (management company who runs it) uses lock box we were able to get our key when we got there - 1 AM due to flight delays.

Finally the condo - very spacious there were only 4 of us so we had tons of space and even if you have the max occupants you will have plenty of room with two bathrooms a great size family/living/kitchen area. Hot tub is super convenient - just steps away from your door and inside the building. Condo was well maintained and the items Vacasa provides (towels/shampoo small bottles etc) are great.

This is a decent place to stay and close to main street. It is in need of repair / update and the cleaning staff appeared to not have shown (although I did get an email earlier that day stating we could not show early, as the cleaning staff was not finished).
I would stay here again, just disappointed in the overall appearance vs the cost!

The condo was dark with not much natural lighting.
Carpet was dirty. There was a fan, chair, shade,and hide a bed that were broken.
The pool and hot tub area are great! This condo was
very quiet. Honestly I would not stay here again. I brought 3 of my friends here from out of state for a 60 th BD celebration and I was embarrassed.

We stayed here in June with our two small boys aged 4 and 6 and absolutely loved it. Walking distance to main street, gondola ride to peak 8, children's museum and the outdoor pool. All was less than 5 minutes away. No complaints we will be back again next year!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here - and the process of renting with Vacasa. The check-in and check-out process was effortless. We adored the condo and it was close to EVERYTHING. The covered and heated garage was expected per the condo description - but they don't tell you that there is an elevator and luggage cart that allow you to never go outside in the freezing temperature!!! It was so nice to be able to unload the car and stay warm and dry. The condo is on the first floor and right next to the hot tub which was very convenient. We will definitely be renting through Vacasa again - could not recommend enough :)

This unit is an older unit but the location more than makes up for the age. Many of the prior reviews were very accurate in describing the condition. The bedding was good for our family of 5. We were able to successfully cook our Thanksgiving dinner with most of the cooking supplies the unit provided. We did bring some of our own supplies (crock pot, better quality knives). The grocery store is close by. This is a great location to Peak 9. Unfortunately there wasn't much snow this holiday on Peak 9 and we spent most of our time on Peak 8. Again, not a big deal, the drive to Peak 8 parking lot is very short and there is also a great free shuttle service across the street from the unit too. The master bedroom, bed was very comfortable (that was mentioned lots by other reviewers). We didn't have any noise issues being next door to the spa. The unit is older, but still cozy with a good working wood burning fireplace. The unit does have a washer/dryer in it (that wasn't clearly stated in the description) and a picture of the laundromat located in the garage is the picture seen in the description, not the one inside the unit. The indoor, heated garage parking was very nice too. I would rent this unit again the next time.

This property was comfortable and convenient. The indoor hot tub was next door. It's on the 1st floor with an easy exit out of the building and elevator to the garage one floor below. It's an easy walk to the gondola, river walk and downtown. You can't beat the location or value.

Great location near town and the slopes. Only complaint is there were no paper towels and not many dish towels. Several kitchen items like the can opener need to be replaced, but besides those small things it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Came to breck for the snowboarding and had a very good experience staying here. Very close to town we had to barley use our car. The place is spacious and comfortable highly recommend.

We found this location via VACASA. Unfortunately for our stay there was major renovation to the hot tub area. Worsened by the adjoining wall. Despite that part of the experience I fully expect it to be a sugnificant perk to the property. Fantastic location. 7 min walk to the Main Street with great dining choices and a few minutes walk at the end of the day skiing down the four o clock trail to then end. Great value in proximity and price. Recommend to all those searching and will likely stay agjan

Didn't know if firewood would be provided (it wasn't)

The location of this condo really can't be beat!!! Close to everything! Condo was a great size for our family of 5. Pool was a bit of a walk but good once we found it - could use some better instructions on how to get there. Carpets could use to be replaced. Overall a great stay! Would stay again for the location and price!

This is a good spot especially if you are coming for a summer visit. You are steps away from downtown and the mountain. I would however be concerned if I was coming with a group for skiing as the space would be tight with all the extra ski gear. The place was generally clean and comfortable I would diffidently come back for another summer visit.

Very coZy and spacious living area 2b2b condo. sleeping area is not as spacious but the mattress gave me an amazing sleep. Kitchen had everything you need to make comfort food. Check the cabinets before you run to the store. Previous tenants tend to leave basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters and such. Updated bathrooms. Always hot showers. Good wifi. And a wide variety of cable tv channel selections. Great vacation for me and my friends. It would be great for a small family as well.

We stayed in unit 104 at Cimarron and were very pleased. The location was excellent, you are a 2 to 4 minute walk to everything, shopping, skiing, restaurants, ect. I read tons of reviews about this and other properties before we went and as far as I'm concerned this place was great, especially for the price. The only issue we had was the second bathroom shower did not get very hot, it may be set for a lower temp for kids or something but it was not a big deal for us. The bed in the master was a memory foam and was very comfortable and the living area was nice and comfortable. It was equipped with pretty much everything you need as far as pots/pans/silverware/dishes, ect. We made breakfast each morning and ate out for lunch and dinner. I would recommend this property to anyone, it is great and in an ideal location. You won't find a better value anywhere in Breck that is located where this is. Josh was very helpful and very responsive when I called him. Anyone considering going to Breck, consider this unit. My wife and I loved it.
