Tucked away off a private road in the Noyac area of the Hamptons, this architectural gem is sure to deliver the summer vacation you have been waiting for. Quiet and secluded, you’ll find peacefulness and serenity as soon as you wake up and stand on the sunlit balcony overlooking the pool with your morning coffee. Lush trees provide privacy and a truly “away-from-it-all” feel, yet you are conveniently located next to some primary backroads that will take you from Southampton to East Hampton without hitting the traffic on 27.
The interior of this home has a late-century modern design, and the décor captures that essence perfectly while keeping it stylish and comfortable. The main level of the home is a great place to spend time with friends and family. The living area has a large high ceiling and opens to the kitchen, which keeps everyone feeling connected and together. There are two different dens that are great media and game rooms. They both have their own TV’s so if the adults and the kids have different tastes in movies, no problem! Also, one has a stereo system with a large collection of different music to choose from, while the other has a table with built-in games like checkers and backgammon. This latter room can also serve as a bedroom for larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully stocked with everything you’ll need for amazing dinners. If you feel like BBQing instead, feel free to use the propane grill out on the back deck. There is a half bath and a washer and dryer on the main level as well.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is an incredible space with a king size bed, lovely bathroom, and access to a large 2nd-story deck. The next bedroom also has access to a sunny 2nd-story deck and a queen size bed. The last room is spacious and tall with two twin size beds.
The backyard is something you’ll fall in love with immediately. First of all, the heated pool is going to be luxurious. Have a blast and do some cannonballs off the diving board. However, maybe you’re trying to get some friendly competition in or practice your backhand; well then go play a few rounds on the clay tennis court. Maybe you spent your day at the beach and need to wash the sand off; the outdoor shower will be perfect for doing just that. Perhaps you just want to lounge in the shade with a good book; kick out the umbrella and lounge in the pool chairs. Without a doubt, everyone will find something to do and enjoy themselves immensely.
The location is great, being right between the Noyac and Peconic bays and also just a stone’s throw from the Elizabeth A. Morton National Wildlife Refuge where you can do some incredible hiking or watch kitesurfers on windy days. The main road will lead you directly to Sag Harbor, Southampton, and East Hampton. Sag Harbor is only ten minutes away by car and is full of different shops, restaurants, and attractions.
