The house is located within a short driving distance to grocery stores, fitness center, Starbucks (which is extremely small and has daily endless drive-thru traffic), and a vast number of eateries. We really appreciated the large driveway which more than adequately accommodated two SUVs.

The kitchen appliances are relatively new and the pantry is sufficiently stocked with pots, pans, storage containers and cooking utensils. I would recommend bringing your own spices as we discovered one had an expiration date that was not recent.

The round glass dining table accommodates at least eight adults comfortably and has a quarter padded cloth bench (which can seat three or four adults) and faces the living room and very large flat screen TV. There also are four chairs in addition to the bench.

The living room couch was very comfortable and a few of the chairs reclined. Also, there was a sufficient amount of recessed cupholders in the arm sections of the couch.

The fireplace was a little bit of a challenge to get started, but once my husband read the directions on the pop-down vent panel at the bottom of the fireplace, it became relatively easy to light.

The master bedroom was very spacious with a large flat screen TV on the wall. The bathroom vanity has two sinks, a large jacuzzi tub (we didn't use), walk-in shower and toilet. The toilet is not enclosed and is only separated from the vanity by a privacy wall. The caulking in the shower enclosure was not very appealing. It could be mistaken for mold. Vent filters need to be changed.

Neither of the two spare bedrooms had TVs; only one had a ceiling fan. This was a problem for the other couple staying with us as the rooms are small, crowded with over-sized tables, and get extremely warm at night if the heat is on. The bed in the room with the fan was so firm that they could not sleep on it. They said it felt as if they were sleeping on two bed springs. They slept in the other bedroom, which did not have a fan but the bed was much more comfortable, and had to keep the window slightly open to keep the room from overheating.

The spare bathroom was satisfactory, and we liked having the laundry room accessible on the same floor. The back yard is sizable for large and small dogs to run. We did not utilize the outdoor jacuzzi.

Our rental was for six nights, four adults and one dog. Most of our time was spent in the living room, dining room, and kitchen so, overall, I would recommend this rental for a family gathering.

The location of this home is perfect. It is close to the interstate so you can be anywhere in Salt Lake easily. The home is easy to find, as we arrived late but the yard light was on for us. We felt the home is absolutely beautiful with lush grass in the yard. The hot tub felt wonderful after a long day. The beds are very comfortable. A family member opened the bedroom window which caused the security system to beep. I called "Kitt" the maintenance guy and he was able to diagnose over the phone and it was fixed within seconds. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again. Beautiful home that is well managed.

The home was beautifully decorated and loved it was at the end of the street. More than enough space for my family. I gave it 4 stars because the smoker (grill) did not work and during our stay people were working on downstairs.
Manager response:
Muavae, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the smoker/grill and the minor renovations occurring downstairs. Renovations will be coming to a close soon, and our apologies for any disturbances you may have experienced. Please know that local staff is available to assist you with anything you need during your stay. We truly hope to get the chance to host you next time!

Lots of space. Modern appliances and lots of space for entertaining and cooking at home. Beds were a bit too soft for me, need blow dryer, but all was well and will stay again.
