Small but great location!
The loft is so close either to the lifts and to the town, pretty comfortable. With a lovely view to the peak 8th.
Nice and comfortable accommodations. Great Pool and Hot Tubs. Parking is tricky in the town of Breckenridge and the Condo. You have to pay for parking.
There’s no AC in the unit which makes summer stays horribly uncomfortable. The fans they provide you with are covered in dust which will make your allergies spiral out of control. The window crank was broken, so we couldn’t close the window when we left. Don’t even get me started on parking - the email states that the lot across from the hotel is most convinent for parking but they choose not to disclose you can’t park there overnight. We got in late at night and discovered we would have to park 5 miles down the road in a dirt lot and spend $20 on an Uber back to the hotel. They include an Uber code in the unit for $20 of a free Uber ride - and the code is expired! How sweet of them. Better hope you don’t forget anything in your car. Will never consider staying here again - I’d rather stay elsewhere!
We are sorry to read about this guest's experience and appreciate having the opportunity to learn from it. Most home in Summit county do not have air conditioning, and this home is not advertised with that amenity. We have cleaned the fans to help with guest comfort. The HOA will be addressing the window issues during September. Unfortunately, parking in Breckenridge is tough. We do advise in our notes to our guests they are welcome to utilize the F-Lot across the street for overnight parking with valid payment through www.breckpark.com during the months May through October. We do encourage guests to shuttle into this unit to avoid parking troubles in this dense area of town. Thank you!
Good location. Well equipped.
Great location and perfect studio with lovely amenities.
We love how this studio is close to the slopes, shopping and dinning. Even though this unit DOES NOT come with a parking space...there are options but we discovered one of our own! This unit is well stocked with lots of extra towels, sheets, pillows, blankets...and all the other esstenials...!!! Although the floors could have been cleaner...there was balls of hair and dust in the corners, especially the bathroom, the floors could have used a good cleaning in general.
The only thing that would make this unit perfect is a parking pass for the garage. This unit does not have one, and if you don't have it you can't get it.. We found parking 1/2 mile up the road at the Ice rink for $15.00 per 24 hr. It wasn't a deal breaker but it added 45 minutes to each trip involving the car.
We were 200 steps from the Base 9 lift. It was so convenient!
Loved that the location was right on Main Street so that we could walk to all of the things we had planned to do. The room was cozy and felt like a little Colorado cabin. The bathroom has a ton of space and the toilet, shower and vanity are all in separate/private spaces. The room was clean, the coffee was great, the bed was somewhat comfortable.
You do have to pay for parking which is expensive at the hotel, but there is cheaper off site parking that runs a shuttle to the hotel. We had 2 adults and one baby stay in the room and just put our pack and play in the kitchen for the baby to sleep. Worked out great!
My only complaints were that the blinds didn't keep out light in the morning, so it was bright in the room pretty early. Also, the temp was 80+ degrees in the room (thermostat seemed to be broken), so we had to open the windows to cool it down.
We are glad to see this unit worked well for these guests for the most part! The wooden slat blinds are great at keeping the light out if the blinds are turned upwards. This building does tend to run hot, so we have provided fans to help circulate the air. Thank you!
We couldn't have asked for a better condo for our weekend getaway. The location is just about the best you could think of. We walked all over town from the condo, if we got too far away, we just jumped on the Breckenridge Free Ride (free transit busses) and got dropped off right in front of The Village.
We visited for our honeymoon! Parking was just about our only issue. We were not informed beforehand that parking was not included in our stay. We had to pay for parking nightly and take a shuttle to and from our vehicle everyday. It's not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know before we got there. The bed was a little too firm for our style, but everything else was great :) We would stay here again.
Overall the kitchen was very well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The sofa and chair were worn and detracted from the otherwise nicely done studio. It was very quite and the views awesome. Only sad encounter was with the personnel at the entrance. She was rude and uncaring that handicap person needed a little extra time loading and unloading.
Beautiful location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Unfortunately the kitchen was not clean and the dishwasher had green standing water upon arrival. I understand things break, but this shouldn’t have been in this condition upon arrival. Additionally, the property manager never called me back after leaving two messages.
I would recommend friends to stay here. Very nice cozy place , clean place . My daughter and I had a great time.
Beautiful room and views, close to everything in town, hikes are unreal
Very nice place and very well located
Great location. Clean. Great for 2 people. Loved the kitchen. Parking is not easy.
The location is perfect. The studio is perfect for 2-4 people.
This place was perfect for our family of two adults and two young kids. The set up of the room worked out great. Nice to have a kitchen and the bathroom set up was perfect.
Location was great. Nice to be able to rent skis across the street and then walk to the Mtn.
My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in January 2017. The location was wonderful- easy walk to ski lift (take elavator to 1st floor and go right out the back of building and then go to the left towards ski lift/lift ticket window) and easy walk to any of the bars, restaurants, and shops in town (take elevator to lobby floor and go left out main lobby, take a right on the first street and Main Street will be up on your left). The entire side of the condo was a big window overlooking the village plaza with views of mountains- beautiful!! Big king bed, able to rotate TV on wall mount to watch from the couch or from the bed, perfectly equipped full sized kitchen, easy access to elevator, exercise room, pool, and 4 hot tubs on 1st floor. Would def stay here again!
Enjoyed the localness and how nice the room was also.
Downtown Breckenridge and all of the shops are restaurants are within walking distance which is very convenient in a town with very limited parking. The unit was well stocked and the perfect size for our party of two.
Great location! Would definitely stay there again
Everything was easily within walking distance to this unit. Upon arrival it was clean and felt like we were home! (Leaving was hard) I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an ideal location in Breckenridge!
Careful renting in the summer months because it's hot in there. Otherwise a really great property!
Convenient place to stay - clean with a friendly staff.
Great location! Perfect for 2 people
Parking was kind of a pain not being able to park on site but the ice rink worked out perfectly short bus ride and cost about $75 for 5 nights
I would rec one his site to other guests.
This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and I for a ski getaway for 4 days. Has everything you need to live comfortably, and you can literally walk out the front door and be at the slopes in 2 minutes. I would def recommend this place again!
Very Clean, perfect location. I could walk anywhere in Breckenridge. The slopes were just a few feet outside. I could ski and come back to the unit for lunch. There are even views of the mountains from the couch.
