Everything went great from check in on. We had a problem with the outside hose not turning on called the office and they had someone out quickly to address the problem.

The rental location was amazing. They gave us keys at check-in and the door had a code lock so we had to wait for a locksmith to come and give us a code and let us in.

Our air conditioning units failed to keep the house cool during the afternoon hours. I read the two thermostats throughout the day, and the one in the main living room read 83 F, while the other read 86 F. Our only saving grace was the ceiling fans. At night, the bedrooms would be freezing, while the remainder of the house was significantly warmer. The house was ill equipped w/ cooking utensils & storage containers. We had a party of eight, so dining in was our best option, but not having the proper hardware to cook made it difficult.

The house was not up to expectation like we thought from the online reservation. One toilet didn't flush, one TV didn't work, kitchen sink leaked, hot water ran out too fast, outside faucet & shower didn't work, main fridge didn't close, small fridge was froze up because of no circulation, one cailing fan was too loose to use, etc.

The first place I rented was dirty, dated and we found a bed bug under my daughter’s head in the bedroom. The shower didn’t drain so you were standing in a nasty pool of dirty water. Some lights didn’t work. There were ceumbs all over the pantry area, mattresses were brown and old. And of course to top it off, the bed bug. We slept in the car that night. We were down for my 9 month olds open heart surgery at MUSC.
