Easy check in and out, convenient location and everything you’d need for a stay! Would recommend for 1-2 people!

This place is great for a weekend for 1 or 2 people. Beware, the bed is VERY soft. The giant bathtub is fabulous, though the hot water ran out before it filed up. Check in and out was easy and it was just what we needed for a weekend wedding.

Enjoyed the quaint studio. Only thing was that when I wanted to use the jet tub the water was too cold to enjoy the bath.

This city is popping and this studio is in the center of North End where it’s happening. Only a couple minutes from downtown. The studio is clean, functional and charming. The bed is sound and comfortable. Air conditioning! Quiet neighborhood. Fair price. It’s all good.

We enjoyed everything about the apartment, it did however lack a hairdryer which was in the description so I had to improvise since I have long thick hair, but other than that very good location and very enjoyable for the two of us!
Manager response:
We apologize the hairdryer was missing. We have replaced it and would have happily done so during this guest's reservation had they informed us the hairdryer was missing. Thanks!

WE had a great stay in this unit. It had everything we needed including a nicely remodeled bathroom, super comf bed and the location was perfect for walks to Hyde Park to get coffee. Easy to downtown and the freeway. We will stay here again on our next visit to Boise!!

This is wonderful house for a couple's getaway located less than a mile from Hyde Park and only two blocks from a City of Boise public pool. There are two major supermarkets each within a mile of the home, and the property owner is extremely responsive to guests' needs.

The house has a large kitchen which is relatively well-stocked for most food preparation and serving, although it was missing bowls and coffee filters on our visit. However, Vacasa was very helpful putting us in touch with the property owner who quickly and graciously provided us with the missing items.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a small seating area with a high-top table and two bar-height chairs.

The living area has a large window with a territorial view of the neighborhood and an extremely comfortable sofa and flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a small selection of DVDs provided, although a prospective guest may want to consider supplementing the available DVDs with a trip to Red Box.

There are two window air conditioners in the unit; much appreciated during Boise's 90-degree heat during our visit.

The sleeping area consists of a queen bed adjacent to the living area. The bed is extremely comfortable, but completely fills the alcove in which it is located. As a result, there is no space for a bedside table, although a railing adjacent to the eating area provides a space to lay items like books and reading glasses at bedtime.

The bathroom is spectacular for such a small home, nicely finished in ceramic tile and with very generous counter space. The combination tub/shower runs almost the full length of one wall and offered more than adequate room for showering.

There is a wealth of closet space and cubbies in the unit, and finding hanging space for travel clothes was not an issue.

One plus of the home is the availability of two bicycles for guests to use upon request. These were great for the short ride to the shops and restaurants of Hyde Park. Both bikes (one a very cool cruiser with springer front end and the other a more conventional road bike) were mechanically sound, although it was necessary to inflate the front tire on one before riding. Quick release levers allowed easy seat adjustment for riders of different heights.

Directions for arriving at the unit as well as getting in the door were concise and easily understandable. We arrived after dark, so the motion-sensitive lighting along the property line and stairs was most welcome. Guests with mobility issues should note that accessing the home requires climbing steps to the second story, which could be an issue for some.

Good location, wonderful living space and a thoughtful and responsive property manager make this a well-priced and highly desirable alternative to a conventional hotel chain. We will definitely look to book it again on our next visit to Boise!

This studio ia well equipped and very comfortable.

If you like to stay somewhere other then a hotel this is a good option. Being able to stay in and cook a meal is a nice option. The unit is also close to downtown and lots of breweries and restaurants.
Karli M. Dec 2017
Convenient and so comfortable, everything you need and a little extra. Our only problem was a bent key that made it a little cumbersome to come and go.
Ann M. Nov 2017
Loved my stay. This property was close to everything. We were touring the college and my daughter fell in love with Boise State! I will be coming back to visit her and will stay here again!! Thanks.
Thomas M. Oct 2017
Very well maintained and convenient. Very peaceful and private.
Dave L. Oct 2017
A very nice quiet up to date studio, but steep , narrow wooden stairs to loft. Also, access to the bed is very difficult to anyone with any physical limitations.
Brad T. Sep 2017
thank you
Julie B. Sep 2017
Great little spot. Quiet neighborhood. We arrived at night and followed the instructions to park on the far left of the driveway. The path to the stairs is on the right side of the house. The key was a little sticky in the door. It opened after a little finagling to an adorable space. It's ant season and we found a few roaming around.

Salt tears coffeehouse and noshery on the welcome card is closed, but we enjoyed the coffee at Java in Hyde Park which is an easy mile walk from the house. Great views of the area from Camelback Park adjacent to Hyde Park. We enjoyed walking around the area and everyone was very friendly!

Convenient location, cute and comfortable, good price.
The refrigerator is small, for those who like to cook.
Mary W. Jul 2017
Nice decor, clean. Only drawback is the bed that needs a new mattress.
Vanessa G. Jul 2017
The studio was very comfy and had everything you could need. It was a nice surprise to have books and DVDs available in the home, plus some condiments in the kitchen as well as coffee and coffee filters. It was a very nice touch!
Susan M. Jul 2017
what a great thing to stay in an apartment, studio or house. Vacasa is the way to go. Do this over a hotel any day. Wish there was one in lewiston idaho or clarkston wa.
Chuck L. Jun 2017
You will love the proximity of this property to anything you want to do in Boise. Kitchen and bathroom and sitting area are great. Bed location and comfort is about a 7 out of 10.
Stephanie B. May 2017
Great option for a single business traveler!
Mark O. Nov 2016
We found this place perfect for our first visit to the Boise area. Its location made it easy to get down town from the city streets and to hwy 84 was quick and easy. We found it to be a quite area even with its close location to a school. Don't over look this nice little upstairs space. We will book it again when we come back to the Boise area.
Kim S. Sep 2016
Nice stay~comfortable~good location!
Jennifer L. Aug 2016
Some maintenance items need to be addressed but good location for the price.
Candice S. Aug 2016
This is a good location especially if you know the Boise area.It is also a very quiet neighborhood. It's a bike ride to downtown if you're comfortable on bikes. The north end is my favorite area of Boise (it's on the edge). We were there with our teenage son. It wasn't a tight fit, but I wouldn't have 4 people in there unless it was just for a couple of nights and you weren't spending much time in the unit.
Alexis B. Aug 2016
Close to downtown. Cute space, designed well. Has two AC units to keep it cool in the hot summer as it's above a garage. Had very cheap toilet paper and an uncomfortable bed, but it was affordable, clean and had a good location. As they say, don't expect to have ground coffee or spices, oil to cook with. Plan to bring your own. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Little kitchen and dining room the perfect size for two people.
Beth H. Jul 2016
Great location, safe, clean, comfortable
John P. Jul 2016
My son and I stayed there for what was originally four nights and we ended up extending our stay another three nights. The Vacasa staff was very helpful in accommodating us and I highly recommend the studio for a couple or a small family. The studio is situated above a detached garage so there was a great sense of privacy. The location was also very good with it being so close to everything downtown which is just a bicycle ride away through terrific neighborhoods . I would definitely stay here again.
Jamie T. Jun 2016
My husband and I stayed here for the week with our 2 year old. We chose the place because it was affordable. We were staying in Boise for the week to do some house hunting, since we are moving there from out of state. We were out and about exploring the city most of the time, but the time we spent in the house was pleasant. The stove cooks things very well, and the beds were comfortable enough to sleep in. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous. We would take walks at night and look at all of the grand architecture. I would definitely stay here again.
Matt H. Sep 2015
We really enjoyed our stay in this little studio. Great location, calm quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. A moderate walk or short drive or bike ride to everything.

In hindsight, our only regret is that we didn't request the available bicycles. We found Boise a very bicycle friendly city and the weather was perfect.
Mel B. Jul 2015
This is a great little place for a single, couple, or small family looking for a clean, quiet place to rest. The studio is beautifully updated with a great, modern feel. The bathtub is divine!
Gordon B. Sep 2013
My staycation was very comfortable and quiet. Took a break from my family, this fit the bill perfectly.
Beth B. Jul 2013
We loved our stay in Boise. This was a great location - close biking distance to downtown. We would stay here again when/if we come back to Boise, but will bring fans if it reaches 90-100 degrees during the day. Only wish the air condition worked better.
Manager response:
Thanks for your review. We're working with the owner to add a few fans for the hot days.
Nancy P. May 2013
Great spot! Close to downtown without the noise and close to hiking/picnicing
Evelina J. Oct 2012
I loved the little studio. Will definitely stay there again. The owner's could install motion light in the back where the stairs are located (could hardly see the lock, was hard to see where I was going up and down the stairs).
The house is fully stocked, coffee , tea all the condiments too.
Dave R. Oct 2012
I had an all-around wonderful experience here! It's in the North End and a few minutes to downtown (where I work) on a bike. The neighborhood is peaceful, the apartment is very tastefully and comfortably decorated. I will absolutely stay here again when the need arises.

I lived in this studio apartment for 6 weeks when I first moved to Boise. I still live nearby and smile everytime I drive by. Located in the North End, it is a bike ride away from just about anything in Boise. The simple, elegant, contemporary design and luxury finishes make it feel like a private, warm, casual hotel. I never got tired of looking at the achitecture of the roof line, it gives each living space a unique and cozy feel. I would highly recommend this loft for short or long term visits
