You'll also be less than three miles from Sam Owen Campground, a great spot to launch a boat on Lake Pend Oreille, swim at the sandy beach, observe wildlife, and fish for kamloops, Dolly Varden, northern pike, trout, and catfish. Downtown Sandpoint (21 miles) and the slopes of Schweitzer (29 miles) are within an easy, scenic drive as well.

After a day out on the water, you can relax on the expansive front deck. Soak up the view, watch your kids and dogs play in the yard (part of which is fenced), and snack on a few appetizers as the sun sets behind the mountains.

As you step inside the main living space, you'll be greeted by three walls of glass framing the gorgeous mountain setting.
