Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in either of the sophisticated eat-in kitchens, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is provided for those who need to work remotely.
Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, where they can create memories that'll last a lifetime. A separate bungalow is available for those who want privacy, with a kitchenette and a full bathroom. - The shared dock is only shared between the household rentals and is not a neighborhood-shared dock. However, the boat ramp is shared with the neighboring homes.
- The fireplace is not for guest use.
- There are 12 kayaks available to rent with paddles and lifejackets, a cost of $25 per day.
- Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood.
